"Wow! What more can I say about Jaime and his incredible service, timeliness, professionalism, and expertise! Please see my pictures to truly apply context. The driving arm on our daughter’s chair began to move downward and towards her feet randomly while away at school right before the winter storm blew in. Our only option was to try to secure it with a bungee cord temporarily so she could still operate her powerchair until we could get it properly fixed. Despite surviving the embarrassment of our temporary fix, the DME company where she received the chair stated they could not get to us until the 3rd week in FEBRUARY! Wowsers! That’s 4 weeks! It was heartbreaking but thank God for Google because that is how we came across J & J! He communicated expectations clearly and his pricing is extremely fair! Not only is he professional, timely, and knowledgeable- he’s very kind and a true lifesaver! On his initial visit he was able to fix our daughter’s chair and we couldn’t be happier! Jaime will definitely remain an intricate part of our daughter’s journey because he sees the person and treats you as such. Unfortunately, once our DME company delivered the chair- they seem to disregard the inevitable repairs and maintenance that will come and are less “available” and eager to service clients; but we’re thankful to have found J& J!
