Within minutes he found my leak and even gave me the option to fix it myself at a lower price while explaining to me the pros and cons of doing it myself. Now that's the kind of service and options that will make me a loyal customer for the future!!"

"When I called to make an appointment for a broken pipe at our old farmhouse residence, the appointment maker was extremely rude and interrupted me 5 times without even listening to my question. He then proceeded to rudely try to sell some home maintenance program to me without even first listening to what we needed.. When I finally was able to complete stating my question, he gave me a very sarcastic answer. Austex could have have made a very loyal customer, but instead completely turned me off. I can't speak for the owners of this company or the plumbers, but they might consider getting a better person to make phone appointments."

He fixed the main issue l contacted him about quickly and effectively, while also detecting and stopping a small gas leak that I was unaware of. "I called Austex Plumbing at 5:30pm yesterday. I spoke with a woman who said that we would have somebody to our house to fix a clog in drip in the next 2 to 3 hours but it could be sooner than that. We waited until 7: 30 p. M. And no one had shown up. I called them back and no one answered. No No one ever showed up!!! we could have called another plumber at 5: 30 and had our leaking pipe fixed last night but we didn't because Austex said they were going to be here. I called them today, all day long, and nobody is answering their phone. Very disappointed in my experience, or lack thereof, with Austex Plumbing. I chose this company over the others because it had four really good reviews. I've called them multiple times today to hopefully get an explanation for them standing us up last night and not communicating with us today but no one is answering the phone."
