"JJ Melchiori from 1st Call Plumbing, Heating & Air was the technician that was dispatched for my Irrigation double check valve replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. After replacing the double check valve, he noticed that my water pressure was low and recommended that I replace the flow regulator. I accepted his recommendation and I’m so glad that I did because my water pressure increased from 40psi to 72psi. My shower in the master bathroom has a new attitude and I love it. JJ also checked my Rheem tankless water heater setup and noticed that the expansion tank was defective and not needed for my setup. He replaced the expansion tank with pressure valve instead and now my system is operating perfectly. Im extremely satisfied with my service today and would highly recommend JJ and 1st Call Plumbing, Heating & Air for all of your needs. They were fast, efficient, customer service oriented.
