"Robert Sandoval and his wife are crooks. They are not upfront about prices and have surprise charges to service those in the hill country despite the fact that it's advertised that they operate in the area. They gouge your eyes out after spending a short amount of time servicing your household appliances. With what they charge it would be cheaper to buy brand new units instead of dealing with them. Would not use or recommend to family/friends."

I have him another 20 minutes then messaged him if he was still coming to check on my refrigerator. He said yes and was running late that he was on the way. Anoter 1-2 hours nothing. So I cancelled."

It was a free estimate, but with a $70 service call charge on top of parts and labor. Ok, I understand. I couldn't schedule the appt, because of my job, he calls me back to schedule an appt, saying he would indeed give me a free estimate and schedules for a 5-6pm appt. I call him, doesn't answer. I use my neighbors phone and it's 6:30 and he tells me he will be late, running 30 min. I stay until 7:20 and still nothing. what kind of professional are you? No courtesy call, no rescheduling. If you have time to wait and never hear from them, they are your guys."
