Reviews
"Between the TX DMV, the TX comptroller, and the EP CTY website, it is 100% on the consumer to navigate which rules apply, and plan extra time into thier visit for delays and obscure and often frustrating reasons on why they decided to reject your paperwork. You'll never get the same answer twice. #Breath deep... and take a tylenol before you go. Its guaranteed to be a headache."
"Had a appointment at 1. Get there early and they pull in another person that just walked up. The employee already asked me prior what I wanted and told me to wait but then pulled in his favorites or he is just racist"
"I had a complicated issue with my tags and Marie Seoame (sp?) was kind and patient. She figured out how to solve my problem. The wait time was basically nothing. When my number was called, I looked around for the window and another clerk noticed and kindly pointed me in the right direction."
"No matter which tax office you go to here in El Paso they are all worthless. I just don't understand why they provide you little information and you have to go back for something multiple times. Even when you are prepared with all you believe you need they will find a way to send you back for something. They have the most antiquated systems and procedures that you can find in 2023. Taxpayers deserve better systems or make everything online so we do not have to deal with stupidity."
"Was titling an out of state 1939 Oldsmobile and registering it as an antique. This was the only tax office in El Paso I spoke to that understood antique vehicles do not need the initial inspection. Took all required documents and was out in 30min. Highly recommend this location."
