"I dropped my information off at their place of business. After 1 week I called to see if it was ready they said come down and pick it up this was a Saturday. Not ready waste of time. I called approximately 2 weeks later they said it was ready come down pick it up went down to their office on Transmountain where I've been doing all my taxes for the past 3 or 4 years, could not get it from the computer it was under another worker's name so again waste of time. Waited another week or so finally got my return signed and paid for. For over $200 I don't expect having to go down there 3 or 4 times just to pick up my return. Don't think I will be doing business with you next year!! So why did all this occur? Please let me know if you feel the need to address the situation. That being said you all have a pleasant day thank you very much."
"(Updating my review) The Tax preparer we used was very nice, knowlegeable and helpful. Not happy with the new Advance Loan requirements, second year in a row that it's about your credit score and apparently There's a charge to see if you qualify. Probably taking my business elsewhere next year based upon that fact."
