"My mom went to this location to have her taxes done and the employees working there seemed to be clueless. I went to drop off my mom's forms and gave them her name along with with the papers like they had told me to do and the people who were there looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was there to drop them off. I went back to pick up the papers after the taxes were filed and they looked at me the same way again when I gave them my mom's name and asked for the papers. They seemed confused and took a while to find the papers they had told me to go pick up. Very disorganized."
