"I worked specifically with Kym Anderson, we hired a CPA to make our taxes easier, however there was a lack of communication and condescending responses to any time I had questions or expressed frustration with her unavailability. Kym never discussed pricing with us and when the long awaited day to file our taxes came we were blind sided with a near 800 dollar bill. We are a military family and due to this our income on paper belongs to a few different states, they wanted to additionally charge us for the states we had to file in bordering on predatory action towards active duty military.
