It turned out that all that was needed was a new capacitor...which he had on onhand. He replaced the faulty one with a new high quality part and the AC was working again...within just a few minutes. "When your AC breaks down in Texas it’s usually an emergency. Well at least it feels that way when it’s 96+ degrees outside. I called Advance Cooling at 8 AM and was setup with a service call on the same day at 12:30! I was very impressed with the customer service over the phone. They text you with updates. The service call took about an hour. Alex was very professional! He refused to step in my house without shoe covers, even tho i said it was okay. I am an extremely happy customer. Highly recommend!
