He meticulously checked all components in side and outside to ensure they are working properly. Once done with all of the checks he cleaned those areas that needed it. "Hands down still the best in town! Kevin Oaks was on the scene today, and he is a straight up gentleman with a sense of urgency. Kevin shook my hand and went straight to business. Since I was on the maintenance plan (yes it pays to do the maintenance plan), I didn't spend an additional dime for today's service (already paid in advance)! Kevin arrived on time and completed the maintenance within 30 mins! He was even kind enough to change the air filter since I had another one lying around. If you are hesitant about selecting Veteran Air, don't. They are honest, easy to schedule, and provide excellent customer service! Great job as always Veteran Air!"
"We had a complete HVAC replacement put in and there was a problem when we kept getting a error code when the AC was turned on and the installers couldn't figure out. Even though we don't have a need for the AC right now because it's 19 degrees. Kevin the technician showed up first thing this morning and couldn't fine a problem with the unit, he made a few adjustments and answered all our questions. Everything seems to be working fine and we are happy with our new system. Thank you Veteran Air. Mike"
