Although my phone took a little over 2 hours to repair, I was sitting and waiting so I saw how busy the poor guy was, so I understand the wait. I would recommend.... the service is spot on, however.... the parts price, ouch.... I'll need to mortgage my house to fix my phone. Thanks Samsung"

"My issue was one that was able to be resolved the same day- I called and was able to come in at a time early enough for them to assess the phone & go to work, so it worked out for both of us. And b/c I had contacted Google about my phone earlier in the week, Asurion was able to fix my phone free of charge - in fact, I was supposed to let them know I talked to Google and even though I forgot to do that, they still pulled up whatever they needed to know in order for my bill to be covered. Eliminated a bill over $100 during the holiday season not only helps me but they people I buy gifts for in December; so I appreciate it a lot and I've very thankful."

"0 Stars....DO NOT USE this location! It was sold off to 2 very young & inexperienced guys that no nothing about repair services or customer service. I took my laptop in for a software issue & after several visits they could not find the issue. Then, they broke the frame!! They told me they could not repair it & offered to find a replacement laptop for me, a used one. I reluctantly accepted this offer based on assurances they provided & a reasonable timeline to obtain the used laptop replacement. I was lied to about the timeline, constantly told different stories when the used laptop would be received. This business is absolutely horrible! I'm so disappointed as I've used them in the past under different leadership & they were great - that's all gone now. If you want destroyed equipment, be my guest & use them!! :-( #ibreakidontfix"
