Tried calling, leaving voicemails and emailing the company with no response. Had to call Whirlpool to find out that Fix It Zap canceled our work order with no reason as to why and no notice to us OR Whirlpool"

"Servicer for Whirlpool warranties. I've tried to call three times today over the course of the day, no answer, no phone call back, need to adjust appointment time. Now on the hold with Whirlpool (that's at least 30 minutes) to cancel appt. so I don't get charged a $100 service charge. I absolutely hate the work ethic in this town."
