"They do very good work as long as your air conditioner breaks down during regular business hours. They claim to be 24/7 (which is false advertising) but what that means is you can leave a voicemail for them anytime of the day seven days a week. But they will NOT call you back until Monday morning. Twice now our AC is broken down on a Friday afternoon and we don’t hear from them until Monday morning."
