"Jon was able to draft a beautiful outside patio cover and design for my backyard but executing it was a completely different story. For what he said would take 2 weeks ended up taking 2 months and even then we had to call him several times because him or his team weren’t at the house when they said they would be. After everything was done and we had the first rain maybe a month later we noticed leaking from the roof and then my husband discovered it was installed incorrectly. The pitch was wrong and every time it rains now water pulls on the roof and one of us has to sweep it off so it won’t collapse. One panel was already hanging down so my husband had to secure it with screws. When we told him about this issue he wanted us to pay more money and then communication ended there. The cabinets that he installed were apparently only meant for indoor because the paint is peeling a year later and the dog house poles are loose. Also he “painted” the concrete but as you can tell they are different colors. The whole thing is just falling apart a year later and I regret ever using him because now we’re gonna have to pay more money to get all of this fixed and done the right way"

"Everyone at RE Services did an an amazing job for us. We wanted to update our 23 year old home, but we were hesitant because of all the contractor horror stories. Not an issue with them, they are professional, hard working, attention to detail was great. They replaced all of the flooring in the house, totally transformed our bathrooms... They are my favorite part, replaced all of our windows and sliding door, added a seating nook by the windows in the breakfast area, and replaced plastic siding with hardee planks on the exterior. I should have taken before pictures to share but I didn't think of it. We love our home. We highly recommend RE Services, you will not be disappointed."
