Brian came in and was able to diagnose the issues: hair line cracks in our toilet and the flange underneath being raised too high for the toilet to have a proper seal underneath. He was able to break down the concrete around the flange, cut the pipe, and lower the flange within a few hours. He was accurate on the ETA he gave us on how soon the work would be complete and priced us reasonably.
