"We had one coil and heat handler replaced plus the enclosure which came from Carrier. Zumel showed up exactly on time and explained the entire process along the way. All questions were answered and he was professional and did things properly by code. The install took only a few hours and they wore foot protection upon entering the house and cleaned up afterwards even using our vacuum. Attention to detail was important and I appreciated how quick and easy the process was. We will have him out agsin in the spring to make sure the air conditioner portion is working great and refrigerant levels are proper. I recommend!"
