Kirchner Electric Residential/Commercial

"Wow! We bought a home a couple of years ago with innumerable issues, hidden by the previous owners. Now, the kitchen fluorescents kept going out, other wiring problems around the house. Dylan from Kirchner Electric came out and quickly found the issues (many issues). Instead of a big re-wiring job (which another electrician recommended), he figured out that there was a well-hidden GFI, reset it, and voila, working exterior outlets. When preparing to replace the ballast in the kitchen fluorescent fixture, he showed us two more significant issues including an over tightening of the molly bolts and the fixture was hanging on by a thread, the ceiling behind the fixture was collapsing, and other issues. He promptly removed that appliance, and capped the wires until we could get a carpenter out to do the repairs before a new fixture could be installed. I definitely would recommend Kirchner Electric."

"Be aware this business is a fraud. They will lie to your insurance for payment. They lied to my home warranty insurance that they had "work done" when I never even spoke with them nor scheduled them to come out. NOTE: They do not come up on google maps as a business or at all. They had done work in the past for which the electrician was very unprofessional but at the time that's the company that my home warranty insurance provided. I had no choice nor did they give me a choice to pick another company. Since this company came out and did work on my house, somehow they scoped the place and thought they can get away with lieing about work that was never done. My home warranty company says they take the electricians word and have paid them. I am still waiting for a response and/or resolution from this electric company."

"The technician that came out, Dylan, was very professional. He was responsive and communicative through the entire process. The scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. I received a courtesy call the day of my first appointment, during the exact window of time I had requested. Dylan was very respectful of my home, he was quick and efficient at diagnosing the issues we were having. He told me he would get another appointment scheduled for me, to come back out within 2 days to do the job. Like clockwork, I received a phonecall within 48hrs informing me he'd be back out, again within the exact time frame I requested. Within 48hrs of my first appointment, my issues were completely resolved! It was extremely painless working with Kirchner Electric and Dylan. Cannot recommend this company enough!! TL;DR: Dylan was excellent overall. Kirchner was communicative, efficient, and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!"

"My home warranty company referred me to this guy. He missed the deadline to call, so i had to call him. He missed the appointment time, so i had to call him again to remind him. He was short when he came, made a slapdash inspection of my 10 year old oven, said it was broken because it had been miswired when it was installed, said there was nothing he could do, and left. Two days later I had some else come, diagnose the actual problem, and fix it. Don’t use this guy. He’ll just collect the inspection fee and ghost you."
