"I had a gorgeous 65 inch LG OLED TV that the screen developed a solid white vertical line and started flickering on me less than 2 years after I bought it. I am so thankful I bought an extended warranty. I opened up a claim with Asurion at 11pm on Monday 11/20, and they scheduled a repair person from CES to come to my residence and inspect my TV the very next morning. Maria from CES called me the next morning to confirm and told me that based on the description I was giving her it might not be necessary to have anyone come look at the TV (fine by me, I was happy not to have to take off work for this) she had me text her a bunch of photos of the issue, the information on the back of the TV, and she had a repair person diagnose it from those photos (the panel was going out, it is apparently a common issue). She called me later that night and said they had put a quote together and submitted it to Asurion. She warned me that the panel was usually more expensive to replace than a new TV is worth, so she said they would likely decline doing repairs and instead send me a check. She also gave me advice on how to handle my warranty company in case they tried to give me less than I felt I deserved, which was extremely helpful. On Friday 11/24, everything Maria said would happen ended up happening, they declined the repair, they offered me an amount, I countered for more, and they ended up cutting me a check for what I paid for the TV less than 2 years ago. This process could not have been more seamless, and the fact that it all happened this fast during the week of Thanksgiving just blows my mind. I don’t know the name of the repair person that diagnosed my TV and updated my claim, but a huge thank you to you, and a huge thank you to Maria, you guys were excellent. Ideally I hope I never have to do business with you guys again and that all my appliances work forever, but if I need the help again, I would not hesitate to reach out."
"Had a warranty repair issue to resolve on my washing machine. Received a text the night before wanting to verify I had received the parts. Repair tech called the day of my appointment to make sure I was available and then arrived during the allotted time frame. Part was replaced and washer is working better than ever. Much appreciated."

"I dont normally write reviews but this place takes the cake. I been trying to get my dishwasher fixed for 4 weeks know, something that they said will take a week . I know times are hard with covid going on with late orders but I cant even get a phone call back. Don't waste your time with this place !! Tried to talk to a manager and all they keep saying is he is out of the office and that he will call me back but still I don't get a phone call back . yall never tried calling me I have a empty voice mail box and nor did yall send me any emails, even checked spamas!! As manager you have horrible service"
"They have been to my house 6 times charging me over $700 total to fix my fridge. Today my fridge is still not fixed and a part fell off. They also have " no showed" me about 4 times. I will never use this conpany again.. Today is 6/25/21. I had to come and edit my review of this company. I would like to take the 1 star back because your company deserves No stars. I was referred to your company from LG and had already given them a call and they sent one of there tecs out. Because i paid your company so much unnecessary money for parts and services charges i didnt need they didnt charge me any money at all. The fan motor had nothing to do with the problem and the sensor board behind the fridge had nothing to do with it. FS error is Freezer Sensor. The sensor to the freezer is in the freezer not behind the fridge. Y'all should know that! And please believe me when I say I called LG back and spoke to a supervisor about how your company who they are referring customers to is ripping people off and have no clue on how to service LG appliances...Finally my fridge is fixed and i paid No Money so now I can get my floor done which again had nothing to do with the issue..."
