"I took my 14lb , 18 yr old terrier mix to be groomed. Although the people were great, the service was not. They groomed my dog like a schnauzer, which simply left hair (full of stickers and knots) on her face. Her nails were left extremely long. She was unable to use her right rear leg for two weeks after coming home, which makes me think she perhaps fell off the table while they were trimming her nail? When I went to pick her up, they gave me a dog who could have been my dog's double. When I put her in my car, I realized she had a long tail. My dog has a stubby tail! I was totally ready to take home the wrong dog. HOW can a professional establishment NOT keep track of my dog?"

"The first time, we took Rose and Scout for overnight boarding. They were there 4 nights. They had the best time. The staff was awesome."

"Five stars are not enough for this establishment! Stays here (either for day care or boarding) make our dogs week, he’s so excited when we park for drop-off that he can’t stop wiggling! The employees are so nice and clearly love their job and the dogs. I cannot recommend Pups and Mutts enough."

"This place is God scent! We take our pup to play for the day and socialize. They have party themes for the pups too. For two weeks my pup attended obedience training there which we were able to board her there too while we took a vacation and she came back a better girl. She loves going to Doggie day car."

"My pup has been going here for daycare for the last 2 years and it is her favorite place in the whole world. The staff is wonderful, nice, and so friendly, they all know Murphy by name and she's so happy to see them every time. And the pictures they take on holidays are always adorable and they've even given us a couple small gifts, like a coffee thermos and a name tag for Murphy's collar.
