"I have had absolutely amazing experience with Peggy Hall from HOUK AC. This young lady is professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had very bad experience with another customer service representative but fortunately I made a call this week and Peggy replied. She listened to me carefully, asked the right questions, and the whole Communication and responsiveness from her side was superb. She took care of my situation and solved my problem after she communicated with the manager. To be honest they restored my faith in service and professionalism!!! They did absolutely everything to make the things right. The guys who were scheduled to do repairs, sent me a message informing they would arrive soon. They arrived within 15 mins of the notice. They were polite and respectful to the property and did amazing job. I highly recommend this company and especially Peggy. Thanks a lot! I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and clients!"

"Houk saved the day! After calling my home warranty company for our heater not working, the home warranty servicer came out and literally did nothing and we were left again with no heat and 11 degrees outside. I called Houk and they came out the same day and got my heat working! Shout out to Jose for his professionalism and expertise to get it working. The dispatcher was also extremely nice over the phone. I highly recommend Houk!"

"This company is a disaster. Very incompetent, unprofessional and zero customer service mentality. My builder engaged this company for a brand new custom home heating and air conditioning needs and they completely messed up from requirements, project management and execution resulting in huge overall delays and financial burden for me. I am still struggling with them in spite of continuous follow-ups over the past 7+ days. Really wonder how they have so many good reviews."

"Newly built house with hvac setup by houk . Vent duct was completely torn , upon warranty claim they came and tapped it which got torn again . Second time also they came back and tapped it off instead of changing the duct . This company lacks professionalism."
