"Thermostat decided go out on coldest day. Called Air Clinic as they installed unit approximately 10 years ago. Explained problem to them and they sent, I think it was James to check it out. His perseverance crawling in and out of attic checking different possibilities paid off. He found thermostat to be bad. He explained that the stat had been superseded by a newer version and had to get one. He returned very quickly with a new one and also told me it was still under warranty. Needless to say it was a blessing when the heat kicked on. Thanks to all at Air Clinic for the professional and timely care taken. Again thanks for being here. I highly recommend these pros."

I called from a business line stating BOTH units were out, so it should have been fairly simple to understand that I was in great need of assistance. Why would I reach back out after about 3 weeks, comical…."
