"This is for a Houston Install. Atlas does not yet have an office in Houston, but has started doing work there. I had Atlas replace a 21-year old 5 ton AC and gas furnace. The unit was still working, but I was concerned there was an increasing probability that it would fail, probably mid summer. Israel came out from the San Antonio office and spent over an hour making the estimate and making sure he understood what I wanted. Atlas gave me a competitive cost for a Carrier that was actually lower than the cost shown on their website. Installation was somewhat complicated by a slab for the condenser that had to be leveled, and took about 12 hours. Israel did a great job, and a very nice install. All the work we discussed was performed. I'm an engineer in the construction business, so I'm used to dealing with contractors and can recognize good work. All throughout the estimate, installation, and follow-up, Atlas kept in good communication with me and followed through on their commitments. I highly recommend Atlas, and would use them again!"
"Johnny and teammate installed my new HVAC system today. They did exactly what he said they would do without any issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and communicated the progress of the timely install. I would highly recommend Johnny and his team."
"Johnny was super informative when he was evaluating the old system, and again when the new unit was installed. They did great timely work, and all is running smoothly! Highly recommend!"
"My experience with Atlas was great from initial contact to finished job. Up front about pricing (and about half what another company had quoted for an identical system.) On time, courteous. My initial impression of the system is that it is operating well."
"The importance of trusting "your gut." The whole process of dealing with a failing HVAC had been pretty stressful, considering the potential cost of repair or replacement. But mostly, it's that nagging fear that we're going to get screwed by unscrupulous individuals who only seek to line their pockets with your hard-earned dollars. Atlas AC was actually the 4th company that I contracted to come out and inspect the unit, but I knew when I found them that that they would ultimately be the ones to perform the work. Why? I call it discernment and it is a gift from the Holy Spirit. You can disagree, but if you've been paying attention then you can't deny the odd prescience of those "gut feelings" regarding people. Bottom line is that the Atlas AC Team lays it all out for you and provides a great service for a competitive price. Here's a quote from a dead guy: “Into the hands of every individual is given a marvelous power for good or evil – the silent, unconscious, unseen influence of his life. This is simply the radiation of what man really is, not what he pretends to be.” — William George Jordan"
