"This was a really wonderful experience I love Disc replay. Best place I'd say for used consoles. They have a lot of people there helping each other get so much stuff done. Emily was the final person to help us get checked out. The other two people were also really nice to work with. They all let us know policies and if you buy a console you get 10% used games for it. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for older consoles or anything else like that."

"They will low ball you on your trade-ins every time. They also don't sell consoles with 1st party controllers. They don't know what they are doing when it comes to used video game sales. Most of the game prices on the wall aren't accurate to price charting and the employees are just guessing when they are giving you trade in value. If you want to trade in your old video games go to an actual retro video game store. These guys will just rob you. Reponse to owner: I watched your employee guess at the price of my games. I am a reseller and I know the value of the games I brought in. I was testing to see if I could do some mutual business. I wasn't looking for maximum dollar for my games. To be transparent I was offered $50 total for Mario Party 4, 5 and 7 with original case. Each disc may have had light scratches(you would have resurfaced regardless at no more than $3 cost to you). You would have put all 3 of these games on your shelves at well over $50 each. I saw a copy of Mario Party 7 with a worse condition box on the shelf for $54 while I was waiting. You can't justify this amount offered to me. That's not "trying to keep the lights on and the doors open". Thats gouging your customers or potential source of high demand products."
