"He scheduled an appt to show on Friday before noon. I had asked since he did not show if I could run an errand. His response was yes, to just let him know when I returned. I returned and left him a message. No response and no show. I could have finished everything that I needed to do that day. My time was wasted. Then, he had the audacity to message me on Sunday to say that he could stop by today. No thanks! Sad....this is the second plumber that was a no call no-show last week. How do they receive these 5 Star ratings?"

"I had a leak in my outside faucet, Edward came over and took a look at it, he had a twist the whole thing off, but had the right tools to get the job done, right. Edward was very informative of his job, and explained why things went wrong, and how I could fix them in the future. I would definitely use Casanova plumbing again!! I highly recommend them!!"
