"I called another company and their number rolled over to K & M. I did not realize this was not the company I called and set them up to repair a dishwasher. After they went to the property they called me to say I owed $129.50 for the evaluation. No one mentioned that cost when I spoke to them initially. The estimate to repair a broken hose was more than the dishwasher was worth. When I asked why I was not informed that they had taken over the calls of another company and why no one told me about the $129.50 initial charge the person on the phone just wanted to argue about it. I did not send them back to replace the broken hose and will certainly not use their services in the future. It was overall a dismal example of customer service and clarity of information."
