I dropped off my iphone right before closing at the Arlington store on Fielder Road and was there to pick it up shortly after they opened the next morning. The phone was ready. They also offered me a discount on replacing the battery. Fast, friendly, accurate service and a great price. My phone is like new. I also buy all of my hard to find batteries, light bulbs, and key fobs at this location. No matter who waits on me, they are all helpful and very knowledgeable."

"Have been to Batteries Plus on several occasions for misc batteries and watch battery replacement, and was always impressed by their professionalism and tech knowledge, but never to have my iPhone 6s repaired for a malfunctioning screen after I dropped it. While they had it apart I opted for a new battery to save the added labor of taking it apart again later for the battery. Josh and Lee said they only use new components and I must say the repaired phone is like new now. Good job."

"Had a dead battery in my samsung device. The glass case made it impossible to simply replace the battery on my own. Battery Plus was not only able to find the right battery for my phone, but also carefully open the phone, replace the battery and reseal the device like it never had been opened. Professional service, knowledge and precautions taken with my phone as they used rubber gloves while handeling the phone. Extremely pleased with the service.
