"Took my iPhone 13 for charging port replacement and I was told it would take a few hours to get done which was okay , went to go pick up my phone and the employee on the shift told me he would have to refund me because he couldn’t do it and the job was to hard , I noticed the corner of my screen had a burn mark on it and when I asked he said it will go away , after a month my screen is still the same and charging port was not fixed"
