While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, Early Refund Advance was available at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance was available from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024, at most locations.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling (432) 466-8546 to reserve time with a Tax Pro. Walk-ins without an appointment are also welcome at our 3205 West Cuthbert Avenue office.

"Manager Elizabeth is so unprofessional and uneducated in her role and disrespectful to customers, first she told me she could and then couldn’t look up W2 through the ADP system when I confronted her that I spoke with corporate and they told me that was incorrect information and that they did have the ability to do so she was unapologetic and stuttering and then agent I was working with gave me the run around for 1 hour instead of trying to help me pull up my W2 through ADP then agent had to leave early outside of business hours and couldn’t help me and supposedly saved my info to come back the next day. When i called and I brought it to Elizabeth attention she told me I had a better chance going with liberty tax and that corporate is not the same as that Jackson Hewitt and then she proceeded to literally hang up on me and said she was busy with another customer then “click”. When I called back she ignored all customer calls through the rest of the day. I wish they wouldn’t have waisted my time. Apparently they don’t value returning customers and Elizabeth needs more training on her role and customer servicing customers she made it my worst experience in Midland."
