"My first repair was at the Lake Worth, TX location. I got "used car salesmen" vibes from Ryan. He had me take off the maintenance mode so he could run "diagnostics" that can't be run with it on. I'm fearing my info may have been stolen. When I get my phone back, the screen is fixed, but it randomly shuts off. I then got sent to the Coppell location and I didn't get the woman's name, but she has excellent customer service. She guessed right away what the problem was and in minutes, my phone was fixed. The Lake Worth location told me to call and say my phone was unrepairable and to get it replaced. The simple fix was the battery was not connected back up properly. Please look into the Lake Worth location, there is something shady going on there. The woman in Coppell deserves a raise! Overall, I was satisfied with Assurion after going to the Coppell location."

"Alicia was my technician and she was absolutely amazing. She is very skilled at managing customers, expectations, and timelines. She should be elevated to a trainer manager. Absolutely love her."

"I took my phone in to get a battery replacement. They replaced the battery, which is great, but they also cracked my phone in several areas... And there are a few areas of my screen that have these small black lines under it now. Not sure what it is but it's literally under the screen. I'm happy about the new battery but sad about what I had to sacrifice to get it. :( The employees here were kind. 1 star rating because I had to find out about the cracks etc on my own as opposed to uBreakiFix being open about it when I came to pick up my device. (And of course, I took photos of my phone right before turning it in for repair.) Best of wishes for everyone else's repairs. :) Update: Welp. I sent in before/after photos and the store stated that despite the images, that my phone had no damages when it left their hands. I guess a ghost did it. My review isn't the first review that talks about this happening. Don't see it for yourself, just go somewhere else..."
