"I called to get service and left multiple messages. No calls back. We paid them to install 2 new units. That was fine. It’s when an issue came up with warranty that the company was completely unable to get in touch with and unresponsive. I reached out to another company and needed to verify if Compass filed the warranty upon install. To which I was cussed out and told I was being rude for asking for verification. I got hung up on by the owner and told I would need my husband to call. For a simple call to just ask if the warranty was filed with Trane. Wow. Don’t use this company if you want good customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like what I just received. Then they called my husband and acted as though I was the one cussing them out. I even asked if we could start the conversation over to just have a SIMPLE question answered and he said “absolutely not, you are being so rude. Jesus. You can have your husband call if you need me to look anything up”. The hypocrisy is astounding and that’s all he would have needed to do and said he couldn’t do for me at any point. I guess I’m rude for calling another company is July with a broken AC when this company can’t follow through."

After install, while trying to test system, encountered electrical deficiencies in my wiring that needed resolved. Great guidance to get issue fixed by electrician. Compass Air was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. Installed two units in a day, entire crew was professional and did all the little things well. Mike, the owner, worked with me to get the best deal possible. Don’t waste your time calling others, these folks are the best!"
