"When you’re someone who has had enough trauma in your life , the last place you want it from is your therapy office. My first visit I drove 45 minutes into my visit and watched my therapist walk back not 1, but 2 clients. I was forgotten and not put on the schedule. Then after completing three sessions , they reach out to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover them (after they assured me 3 months prior that they did!!). Seems like they aren’t good at follow-up … but wait they are. They’ve followed up daily with me to pay my uninsured balance. You’d think they would honor the price they quoted me at at, but nooooo. Instead let’s take advantage of those low in mental and emotional stability as you also rip away their source of potentially getting better. Out of all places you’d think a therapist group would ‘do the right thing’ and not take advantage of people to make a profit. Makes me sick."
