"Very rude front desk lady. I tried making an appointment and the receptionist lady disregarded me and treated me very rude over the phone and in person. I’m struggling with my mental health and this is the last thing i needed. I felt very invalidated and uncomfortable being there. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to post this because of how horrible I felt afterwards. If this is how these people treat their patients then DO NOT come here."

"I couldn’t find the Mesquite location to write a review but i figured someone will be able to correct the receptionist at the Mesquite location. The girl is very rude and shouldn’t be the first face of any company with the attitude she has. True i was late to my appointment due to me driving across town in traffic. However i explained to her that it took longer to get my daughter from school so she explained as long as i got to the office before 11:15. I arrived at 11:13am she then explained she couldn’t see my daughter. She had the worst attitude arguing back and forth with me. RUDE"
