"This has just been awful , first they told I could get a new computer no questions asked , then less then a year after I bought it it fell apart and they said no one would believe me that I was lying . BUT IT LITERALKY STARTED FALLIBG APART , it's been over a month now in repair after paying almost as much for geek squad coverage as the computer and no one has contacted me , I'm about to tell them to keep it , they must need it really bad . "Great overall experience. The only issue that arose was over my extended warranty that I had purchased directly from the manufacturer. All it would have taken to verify the warrants was a simple serial number run on the manufacturer's website. This caused a delay of nearly a week and could have otherwise been avoided. The customer shouldn't have to do their job. But other than this minor issue, I would highly recommend them. It was really quite easy even with the on issue. Techs just need to learn to problem solve issues other than the technical side a little better without involving the customer."
