"After hitting a large separation on the side of I-20 in the dark the impact took out the suspension on the right side of the trailerwe didn't find the damage right away the trailer seemed to tow ok. After finding the damage we found DFW and gave them a call. We had to leave the trailer we were 1027 miles from our home in Maricopa,Arizona. It took a month for them to round up all the parts and get trailer road ready! I was more than happy with the work that was performed on the trailer. I'm a retired mechanic/ welder fabricator and for me to happy with someone else's work is saying a lot and I was! I would recommend them to anyone with an RV! I only regret that they are a bit out of my range! Sorry I don't have pictures of finished trailer but it is like new!"

"Great staff, very helpful when another shop had let us down badly. Our Furrion fridge stopped working. They got a tech out next day to diagnose and fill out form from Lippert. Becca helped me work through the warranty maze with Lippert/Furrion. I had to argue with Lippert for some time so as not to have to pay up front for the fridge itself (Interesting warranty that makes you pay up front for something you showed wasn't working and they admit cannot be repaired) Did have to pay labor up front but DFW will reimburse when they get paid from Lippert/Furrion ( that is possibly a three month plus debacle and since they are a small business they shouldn't have to suffer because I didn't want to take it to Denton and back twice - once for diagnosis then replacement at the dealer. Fridge was delivered to DFW, they quickly set up time for us to bring it in and even fixed a piece of trim that was off at no charge. Absolutely will use these folks again!"

"Very happy with the services I paid for from DFW RV Center. The prices are reasonable and they let me stay on the property while they worked on my RV. I had a tow package installed between my car and RV. They built a special rack for the back of the RV, Installed lights in my cargo storage spaces and ion my Cabin. Holiday Rambler sucks and lucky to find DFW to help with my RV needs. They installed a awesome Solar system, new headlights, and helped with several other issues. Highly recommend this business."
