The person at the other end was very responsive and courteous, and she despatched a team the very next day. That was how we came into contact with Duffy, a plumber par excellence. Besides being extremely polite and pleasant, he was thoroughly professional. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, which generated a lot of confidence.
