"Discovered a puddle in my front yard, right next to the foundation. Feared the worst. Call them on Sunday and hung up. THEY CALLED ME first thing Monday morning inquiring about my call. I made appointment that day in the afternoon, though they had an earlier available window. "I called and explained to the dispatcher that I thought I had a leak. Within 45 minutes Alec arrived. We conversed and he began to determine where the leak was originating. He gave me an explanation of what might need to be done. I asked him if he thought he might want to look under the house to see if he could get a better idea. He was completely unaware my house was on pier and beam. Once he took a look in the crawl space he immediately found the source of the leak. It was an easy fix. Alec was respectful and professional. Update: Four days later I received an email from my Eye on Water app that I had a leak. I called Schrader Plumbing again and informed the dispatcher, and she sent Alec out immediately. He discovered another leak in a different area. He repaired and retested it. Alec was very efficient and persistent, and I truly appreciated that!"
