He walked me through the potential resolutions on the phone before he even came out, then during the service call he explained exactly what was occurring with my American Standard unit and why it had stopped working. He resolved the issue quickly, told me what future costs might be and ways to resolve it if the issue represented. "Howard is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, genuine and a truly caring person. Howard listened and heard what my specific needs and wants were when I needed to replace my old builder-grade HVAC from 1989. Howard spent a lot of time offering up several options for me as far as the set up & duct work / vent situation. I originally wanted to move my main unit into the attic until he taught me how my attic structure would not support the weight. I investigated and learned a very important lesson. I had two other HVAC companies that were more than willing to sell and install a new unit in the attic! Howard said he would sell me a new unit but would not install it in my attic. Howard spent just as much time giving me options for several different systems. Mind you, this was in December of 2020 when HVAC units were hard to come by (supply issues).
