"He was on time as promised which doesn't happen very often with other workers. Usually you get a window of time and then you're lucky if they show up in the window. I honestly thought it was a lot of money considering there were no parts replaced but it had to be done. It was $270 to put the cable back on which was not broken. I was surprised it would cost that much but it had to be done so that's fine. The man was very cooperative, friendly and helpful and came back after the initial visit because I had to move some items off of a big shelf so he could reach what he needed to. He did come back the same day right away and that was unusual and impressive."
