"In July 2023 Matrix repaired the water inlet into the house for an insurance claim. In doing so they damaged my foundation drip line but assured me it was a quick fix and they would splice the drip hose back together. In August 2023 my irrigation control valve had the pvc connecter shear off due to ground conditions, possible over saturated clay and my yard started flooding when sprinklers were supposed to come on. I had my original installer Andy's come out to replace the pvc line and damaged irrigation unit. They checked the system and found the Matrix plumber had merely taped the foundation drip hose rather than splice in a drip line coupler back together and it was just dumping water into the surrounding clay. Cost me $650 to get my irrigation repaired. I contacted them three days ago via phone and email and never got a response."
