"This company is so dependable. My heater went out during the ice storm this week and they were still open and came out on ice in spite of road conditions for me and my family to have heat. Our problem was fixed right away at a very reasonable price, and it's actually working better then before. This was actually my second time using this company. My 12 year old sons room would stay hot during the summer, the owner recommended duct work to be done and we took him up on his request and his room is so cool and comfy during summer months. "I called Bedford Heating and Air after calling A#1 Air, who just wanted to replace my unit for $8200. The service guy for Bedford Heating and Air, who I think his name was Doug, came out and checked the filters inside the house and told me to change them out, then went outside to check the units. He was absolutely wonderful and knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing and just cleaned the coils on both units and cooled down the compressor to get everything working.
