"Great ustomer service. Excelent mechanics. Alex is very knowable and honest"
"Complete rebuild on engine. They beat quote in Lafayette LA by almost $10k. Thanks Alex. NO SHADE TREE Mechanic!"
"I've been taking my semi trucks to Eagle Truck and Trailer since 2015. The staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. I trust the mechanics here over the mechanics at a dealership. The mechanics take the time to show and explain the issue so that I, as the owner of the truck, am satisfied. I've had nothing but positive experience. In my experience the shop has stands behind it's work and if the issue reoccurrs they will continue to fix it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I'm a repeat customer and very satisfied."
"Had a great experience taking our trucks there! The mechanics were very professional & knowledgeable. The staff was courteous, professional & very helpful. They had the most reasonable rates & stand behind their work. I will definitely be going back every time we need our trucks worked on & will refer everyone I know. Thank you Eagle Truck &Trailer! !!"
"Funny how the one person whom reviews also the owner or president. I how ever have an actual review. I'm very upset in which the manner my guys were treated when a truck of ours was taken there. We expected to have warranty on an issue the truck had fixed. The mechanic was called previously in regards to the issue because it continued. Like I said we expected it to have a warranty on the problem when it was fixed. We took the truck back up there, only to find out that they had two new bills awaiting for us of things they hadn't even called to notify us. Small issues and small bill but that wasn't the issue. As a customer I expect to be notified and to be given an idea or heads up of whats going on. Very poor way of doing business, but the advantage I have will be to notify as many truck drivers I know not to go there."
