"I couldn't be more disappointed with my first and last experience here. I called and reviewed my coverage before scheduling an appointment. The secretary said she'd let me know if anything changed. I never heard back so I assumed I was good. I arrive and when I mention it to Dr. Good before our session, he seems very annoyed. He said he doesn't handle that stuff and text his assistant. Suddenly my out of pocket is pretty much the price of the session. His assistant should have notified me before I made the trip. This was not Dr. Goods fault, but the way he handled it was the most disappointing part and is the reason I will not return. Beyond visibly frustrated, he had quite a few rude responses. I.e. when I told him what I thought my out of pocket was, he said, "I don't trust anyone." Okay, so I should trust discussing my personal life with this guy? No, thank you! When it came time to decide if I was going to proceed with the higher out of pocket or cancel for now, I opted to cancel. Not because I couldn't afford it, but because Dr. Good was the last person I was comfortable opening up to based on my first impression. I quickly got the impression this was a paycheck for him, not a passion where he wants to truly help people. On a picky note, his office (desk especially) was also a mess. Not how I would present myself if I were in his shoes. I hope this review helps you make the right decision."
