"Had some issues with aerobic system pump and hadn’t had tanks emptied. Johnny worked on the pump issue and Tony came to pump the tanks. Both were nice and respectful. Tony had a lot of work to do digging up the lid. It was sealed with foam by the original installer and hard to get off without breaking it but he took extra time to do it right. Tony was also concerned about backfilling the hole and getting the dirt looking right as best he could."
