"I had an electrical problem after a neighbors house was hit by lightning. Mr. Electric sent a repairman out very quickly. Communication and scheduling was very easy and I liked getting a text update with the repairman’s face and name prior to arrival. "I had an outlet installed on my back porch for a backup generator, and had an electrical line run from the outlet to an interlock kit on my circuit breaker. Little did I know, the technician ran the electrical line directly over the exhaust to my gas fireplace. Thankfully, I happened to be up in the attic and noticed it before I began running my fireplace for the winter. This exhaust gets hot enough where you can't touch it for more than a second when the fireplace has been on for as little as 15 minutes. If I hadn't noticed it, the insulation on the electrical line could have melted (or worse), and God knows what would have happened the first time I fired up the generator... I'm leaving two stars because they did fix the issue when I brought it to their attention (after emailing them twice), and their techs were otherwise very pleasant."
