"I used CMAC Roofing for my roof replacement for my house after a recent hail storm. Jason Gomez was great to work with and very responsive to all of my questions. The roof looked really good when they finished. Our roof does have a dead zone that unfortunately had a small leak, but Jason quickly responded to my concern and got some guys out to my house over a long holiday weekend. They quickly repaired the roof and repaired the ceiling in the house before our new Renters got in the house. I would definitely recommend Jason and CMAC Roofing for roofs and all home repairs. I even had them repair a leak that was caused by my old roofer that now looks great!"

"Unfortunately, my builder hired CMAC Roofing to install the roof on our brand new house. A decision that resulted in me having a leaky roof. I discovered a small leak near an exhaust exit for the vent a hood and a much larger leak in the chimney. When they came out for warranty work, I escorted the technician in the attic and showed him where the leaks were as well as videos of them actively leaking during our last storm. The technician was here maybe 10-15 minutes and left without saying a word. I had no idea if he left to get parts, completed the repair, or anything. I text the person that had been communicating with me via text about the appointment and asked for a status. She reached out to the technician and text me back to say the repairs had been completed. I asked for details about what was discovered and what was done to repair them. I was told the technician fills out reports at the end of the day and that my builder would get that report. I would then have to wait on my builder to get any details about what was done. When we got the report we found it to be vague. It said the technician found 2 leaks and repaired them. They said the vent had a factory defect and they recommend a painter coming out to touch up the chimney. When I went up on the roof to look at the vent, I did not see anything that looked like a factory defect. What I did see was big bead of fresh sealant applied where the shingle meets the vent. I admittedly did not go inspect the chimney since the roof is steep and I wasn't comfortable walking it. However, based on the first "repair" and the time spent on site, I feel pretty confident in saying you will probably find another giant bead of sealant there as well. At no point was it ever communicated to me that they could see where the problem was on the exterior of the house, what may have contributed to the problem, or why a bead of sealant was the best fix for the problem. Nor did they water test it to ensure their "repairs" actually fixed the problem. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and any builder that may employ them to put roofs on their houses."

"Did outstanding job, the prior roofing company didn’t remove the moisture paper and CMAC discovered rotted wood and repaired. This could have caused leaking if not for the attention to detail. They Also provide full service in addition to roofing and contract out for the best service and cost. I would highly recommend for not only roofing but any other home services for bulldog and construction"
