I paid a large deposit for parts and now 6 months later and repeated attempts to reach them via phone and email, have gotten one call back three weeks ago and was told they would call me the next week. Absolutely would never use them. i plan to file BBB complaint and small claims court for my money back. Sorry for your health issues, but You called me once in 6 months, I have called probably at least 20 times including speaking to your assistant. I'm not sure from your answer, are you completing the work or providing a refund? Still have never received promised refund and business continues to be non responsive to requests for update As of Dec. 17, still have not received promised refund and business remains non responsive, filing small claims court against them"

"I just met the team for the first time today. They finished the previous job early and called just as planned. They assessed the issues with my grill and have to order parts. This team is responsive and care about their customer. More to come after the repair is completed. Update: I don’t know what happened on their end but the repair fell through. Initial assessment was on 10/23/21. I contacted them after 5 weeks to get status, but no reply. Given the pandemic situation everyone was dealing with, I waited another 10 days and still no response. I ordered parts myself on 12/8/21 from Best of Backyard and received them within 2 weeks. I did receive a reply on 12/8/21 from Grill Repair Bros. confirming the cancellation."
