"I called Shane at 9pm with a brand new house that never had the control panel breakers turned on. This went unnoticed until the showers in the house had standing water in them. (Real cool and real dumb) With a wife and newborn on the scene….real panic set in with the thought of a new house flooding due to stupidity. I ran our situation past Shane and asked if we needed emergency pumping. He calmly and professionally advised that he could in-fact come pump our tanks if we really wanted him to but if we were able to wait and let the system “catch up” and let the water level normalize, we would be ok. This is a brand new construction home or else we would have had him come out for normal “maintenance type pumping” Moral of the story. Shane could have come out. He could have charged us emergency fees and I would have paid them….But his honesty and integrity during our moment of panic gained him a new customer! Thank you for not taking advantage!"

"Used another company for over 20 years but now they've raised their prices to dig up access to septic tanks. Found DL3 online and they're over $100 lower. Jordon came out & only charged to dig up 1 of our 3 tanks. All 3 tanks pumped quickly. Talked to Dan/Dave? several times who sent me info when we were still having trouble. After telling us we needed a new system, he recommended a plumber who could connect us to city sewer several feet away.
