"Today I had Diversified replace 2 toilets and 3 bathroom sink faucets. Our builder had installed very small toilets that put my 13 year old son’s knees in his chest when sitting down, it was a huge joke with how little and low these toilets were. We upgraded to ADA toilets as my mom is handicap and needed something that would work for her without having to put an attachment onto the toilet bowl. These are so tall that she has no issues getting up or sitting down now. The builder also installed terrible crystal knob faucets in our bathrooms and we now have something way more modern with a high arch allowing us to actually get our hands under the faucet to wash them without them hitting the bowl due to the low clearance of those crystal knob faucets. The plumbers called to let us know they were on the way, called again when they arrived as they knew I was working from home and did not want to ring the doorbell and interrupt a possible online meeting I might have been in. They were quick and efficient and the install went without any hiccups. I was worried the new toilets might not fit where the miniature ones were but they are perfect. Thank you for your great customer serve and replacement of our plumbing needs."

"Diversified Plumbing is the best plumbing services company in the metroplex!! They recently installed a bathroom vanity and toilet. They were punctual, professional and flexible. This is the third time I’ve used Diversified in the past 3 years. They’ve installed a total of two hot water heaters, three toilets and a vanity. Always, provide friendly service at a reasonable price. They are my first call for our plumbing needs!!"

"The worst plumbers around. They can never get the job correct the first time. Rude customer service as well. They had to send out different plumbers 3 different times just to fix their own installation. Their plumbers are highly unprofessional & pretty unknowledgeable about what they are doing, as well as their customer service line. They come into your house with their dirty shoes & I have seen them put their cigarettes on our front lawn. We had to call out a different plumbing company to fix Diversified’s mistakes. Do yourself a favor and call a better plumbing company who will treat you better. *In response to owner’s reply, this is the only negative review that I have ever written. Diversified is so deplorable that I felt compelled to leave such a poor review. If you pull up your records, you can see multiple visits to correct so many issues from the very beginning. If your standard for your quality of work is just to “pass city inspection”, you should be let your customers know you don’t care about them so they can save time and frustration. We contacted our builder, and they said they stopped using Diversified altogether because you were so difficult to work with. Apparently we are not the only ones that are dissatisfied with Diversified. Even a major builder refuses to use Diversified for all their new construction contracts. We were so fed up with Diversified, we had to pay out of pocket to hire other plumbers to fix issues due to Diversified’s inadequacy. I have left 5 star reviews for AAA Auger for the many times that that have come to fix problems caused by Diversified. To call a customer aggressive is highly unprofessional and irresponsible, considering the rude tone of Diversified’s unfriendly customer service unwilling to help by any means necessary. I would rather pay out of pocket myself rather than waste any more money at Diversified, who do not care about customer service or the quality of your work. They only care about just passing city inspections, who cares if the homeowner has ongoing leakage problems on a new home right ? As long as Diversified takes the money and run."
