"Home warranty company setup CHI services to repair my dishwasher. Guy said it needed a new pump motor and that parts needed to be ordered. Said he turned off the water to the dishwasher but he did not. Next day when my daughter got home from school she said water was all over the floor. Turns out he did not turn off the water supply and the bottom of the dishwasher filled up with water and overflowed onto the floor. I had to get my shop vac to suck all the water from the bottom of the dishwasher. Then come to find out they said they dont have the tool needed to do the repair but still cashed the $75 trade fee check we wrote them. I am disputing this fee."

"Samsung dryer failed. Called Chi, Greg diagnosed the problem came out late in the day and fixed it. Nice man very professional. Reasonable cost. Am planning on using again."

"Came out same day I called but didn't do anything. Said he'd be back next day. Never heard anything else from them. Rained for a week so I figured that was why, I called the day after the rain stopped and he says I'll look at my schedule and call back, ain't heard nothing. Seems like he is indeed too lazy to do the work. Or so extremely busy he can't or won't take the time to at least call. I found someone else."

"Can't imagine anyone giving a poor rating to Greg at Chi Services. This guy has helped me with a couple of appliance concerns. Once he fixed what another repairman could not fix and made sure the appliance manufacturer paid the bill for the defective part. Another time he took out an old double-oven and microwave from a wall and installed the new ones for me. Greg is priced well and a perfectionist when it comes to solving the problem and installation. I highly recommend him."

"Lazy and did not want to do a repair the home warranty company sent them to do. Came back out, could not fix the problem and said it was electrical outlet, not the dryer itself. Paid fee for electrical contractor to come out and they traced it back to the dryer and fixed it (the dryer). Home warranty company is reimbursing us for the CHI service fee due to their ineptness. Then owner has the guts to call wife a berate her for reporting his companies ineptness to home warranty company. Funny part is, another contractor is the one who reported CHI as a joke."
