"My husband and I just bought our first house and it's older so fixer upper... We were told the AC was running fine when last used, as no one was living in the house anymore... Well comes to find out the unit was completely shot! UGH and in 110+ weather there was no way you can survive the night without AC.... Well Randy was willing to meet us at 7pm in CLEBURNE and inspect everything we needed to get the house cold again. Then recommend the unit we needed and was approved for 100% financing and got a new unit a week later (delayed by our schedule NOT Randy's). He told us to let it run for 24 hours since it needs time to circulate through out the house which we did and Y'all our house cooled down to 72° and remember it was 112° outside!
